　　一、重要的英語從句

　　1.當(dāng)...時候 when/while/as

　　Many out there share my enthusiasm _while___ others do not.

　　And but

　　Tom was about to close the window __when___ his attention was caught by a bird.(表突然 正在那時）

　　Be doing sth when sb did sth

　　Had (just)done sth when....

　　Be about to do sth when ...

　　Would do sth when...

　　Be on the point of doing sth when...即將去做..

　　As the average age of the population increases, there are more and more old people to care for.

　　2.Before/ (not)...until

　　Until 直到....until前多接延續(xù)性動作

　　I was doing my homework until 9 o’clock yesterday.

　　Not...until 直到...才

　　I won’t leave until you come back.

　　直到...才 until之前有否定詞 并且前面是瞬時動作

　　Before conj.在...之前

　　翻譯：...之后就/才

　　用于以下句型:

　　It will be+一段時間+before..多久之后才/就…

　　It won't be long before... 不久之后就…

　　在時間狀語從句中，用一般現(xiàn)在時表將來

　　It was+一段時間+before... 過了多久才……

　　3.Since 常與完成時連用，尤其是現(xiàn)在完成時

　　4.一...就

　　as soon as

　　on/upon + doing/n

　　The moment/minute/second

　　I was warmly welcomed the moment when(刪掉when) I arrived at the college.

　　Immediately/instantly

　　Hardly ... when（句首倒裝/前倒后不倒）

　　No sooner... than（had sb done ...when/than sb did sth.)

　　Scarcely... when

　　Scarcely had the game started when it began to rain.

　　比賽一開始就下雨了。

　　5.The first time(conj)/for the first time(狀語）

　　名詞性短語含有time就可以做連詞

　　【Every time when（刪掉when) he arrived home at the end of day, we would greet him at the door.】

　　考點二：條件狀語從句

　　If 如果unless 除非（...否則）= if not once 一旦/假設(shè)

　　One is not a true man if he climbs up the Great Wall.

　　Unless = if not

　　As long as /so long as /on condition that 在...條件下

　　Given that

　　表示某事發(fā)生的前提條件或唯一條件

　　考點三：讓步狀語從句while /even if/even though

　　1.Though(conj.adv.)/although

　　He said he would help me; he didn’t, though_.

　　可與yet(adv.) 同時出現(xiàn)，但不能和but同時出現(xiàn)

　　Though可置于句末 表示“不過，但是”

　　2.as(倒裝)though

　　1） adj + as + 主語+ linking. verb

　　Happy as they were, there was something missing.

　　盡管他們很快樂，但總是缺少點什么。

　　2) 名詞+as+主語+ linking.verb

　　Child as he is, he knows a lot.

　　3) adv. + as + 主語 + v

　　Hard as he tries, he could not succeed.

　　4) 動詞原形+ as +主語 + 主要是情態(tài)動詞

　　Try as he might, he couldn't succeed.

　　3.Whoever /no matter who

　　no matter + 疑問詞 只能引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句

　　疑問詞+ever 引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句和名詞性從句

　　[____D_______has interest in our outdoor adventure club] can apply for its membership.

　　A.No matter who        B. No matter anyone

　　B.Anyone                D.Whoever

　　原因狀語從句：

　　Because（直接）/as/since/for/now that/seeing that(因為）

　　目的狀語從句

　　So that/in order that/in case/for fear that

　　結(jié)果狀語從句

　　So that/so...that/such...that

　　We turned up the radio, so that everyone heard the news.

　　結(jié)果狀語從句

　　So that+過去式 結(jié)果 ，so that前面有逗號

　　So that + 情態(tài)動詞+ v  目的狀語從句

　　方式狀語從句

　　As（按照）/as if/as though

　　Do as you are told to.

　　He acted as if (though)nothing had happened.

　　他表現(xiàn)得好像什么也沒有發(fā)生。
